SANY Leverages its Global Leadership to Battle Typhoon Doksuri

Since 10:00 am on July 26th, the Central Meteorological Observatory has been issuing red typhoon warnings nonstop as Typhoon Doksuri, the fifth of the year, steadily approaches China's southeast coast.

Under the unified command of Fujian Province's Fire Department, SANY's Emergency Response team quickly responded. In collaboration with the SANY Foundation, they promptly initiated the deployment of rescue equipment and heavy machinery at critical locations, ensuring skilled operators are on standby, ready to counter the onslaught of Typhoon Doksuri.

By 8:00 pm on July 27th, all SANY heavy machinery and operators in Xiamen Haicang, Xiamen Island, Longyan Shanghang, Zhangzhou Taiwanese Investment Zone, Xinluo, Zhangping, Sanming Yongan, and other areas had been strategically placed. Additionally, Fuzhou base was fully equipped with six sets of medium and small excavators, loaders, and cranes along with their respective operators.

The rapid execution of these measures ensures that SANY is prepared for an immediate response to any disaster, pledging utmost protection of the people's lives and properties.

Furthermore, to ensure the efficient operation of rescue activities, SANY's Emergency team and the SANY Foundation have implemented a 24-hour shift system, closely monitoring the typhoon's developments.

As an auxiliary force in firefighting, SANY Emergency is poised to act swiftly at the first sign of disaster, taking on the heavy rescue missions. These round-the-clock assurance measures not only showcase SANY's efficient organization, coordination, and rapid response attitude in rescue operations but also highlight its commitment and responsibility to corporate social responsibilities.

At 9:55 am on July 28th, the fifth typhoon of the year, Doksuri, made landfall along the coast of Jinjiang, Quanzhou, Fujian, with a maximum wind speed of 50 meters per second (a strong typhoon level).

Facing the massive threat posed by the typhoon, SANY Emergency and the SANY Foundation continue to fight, throwing their full force into disaster relief work, exemplifying SANY's responsibility as a world-class company.
